Philip Buckle has extensive experience in emergency and disaster planning and management at senior government level and has worked extensively with the private sector, local government and non-government organisations, faith communities and local community groups.
His experience includes strategic and operational planning, management and operational coordination and service delivery, risk assessment, vulnerability and capacity assessment, community building, policy and programme analysis, monitoring and evaluation and research.
Consulting and research experience
Philip buckle and his associates have undertaken numerous reviews and evaluations for State Governments and for the Commonwealth Government. He has also undertaken research and evaluation projects for the British Government, the Scottish Executive, local government in Australia and the United Kingdom and has managed projects for the United Nations and has worked as a consultant in India following the Gujarat earthquake.
