Supporting E-resources EPCB will provide the client with fully printable, read only presentation materials as pdfs. We will also make available EPCB's Complete Continuity Toolkit of guides, tools and templates on a complimentary basis.

Class sizes EPCB recommend workshop sizes be kept to around 10 to 15 participants to maximize interactivity, and that a limit of 32 be adhered to by clients for more didactic training activities.

Fee does not include variable costs - travel, accommodation, and incidentals associated with delivery from EPCB's nearest available provider (Australia, Canada, China, England, USA); any venue and extraordinary training aide requirements (if in-house facilities are not appropriate). Our approach to these costs is detailed under consulting services.

Extensions to the module are available at $200 per person per day.

Cancellations All cancellations carry a 10% administrative charge and should be made at least 5 working days prior to the start of the workshop. Regrettably, no refund can be made for cancellations received less than 5 working days prior to the workshop.

EPCB reserve the right to cancel the program due to unforeseen circumstances. If the program is not held, our liability is limited to the program fee only.
