Carmen Williams, Director of EPCB Jamaica is an experienced business continuity and emergency planning consultant.


Carmen has an in-depth understanding of how to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
Throughout her career, Carmen has played an integral role in managing the business processes of several well-recognized organizations in Jamaica.

Having acquired a Diploma in Business Administration and a M.Sc. in Computer Based Management Information Systems from the University of Technology and the University of West Indies, respectively, Carmen’s expertise lies mainly in assessing business needs, identifying and solving business problems, and project management.

She is a certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accounts of Jamaica.
