• Had extensive experience in developing highly successful teams to address productivity and efficiency within insurance organizations

• Served as Disaster Coordinator responsible for the organization of all agency emergency operations.
• Served as a founding team member of a Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) in southern Maryland.
